Miranda Kerr looked stunning at Romeo and Juliet opening in NY

Nobody hate lovely Miranda Kerr. No, let me rephrased "Nobody, I know, hate Miranda Kerr".

I adore her. She's so beautiful in whatever she wear. I personally believe that she can just dress in the potato sack and still be able to get away as "stylish new trend". She have a very handsome, demi-god liked husband, Mr. Bloom. And little angel baby Flynn whose ,I swear, cute enough to eat.

I surfed around internet yesterday and stumbled upon her photos at the opening of his new Broadway production of Romeo and Juliet in New York on September 19, 2013 (source : www.dailymail.co.uk), which Mr. Bloom is Romeo. She looked so stunning and sweet at the same time, can't describe enough. Well, here are her photos..

My very first eyelash extension's experience.

Hi Everyone,

My cherry was popped yesterday!! Well .. in a way ... sort of .. ha ha

I had my very first eyelash extension yesterday. Actually, I had quite a few friends who raved about it and been trying to talk me into one sometimes ago but I declined to do any harsh decision. The reason was.. it feel quite dangerous, doing anything so close to the eyes, right?

I did quite a bit of internet researched after that and decided not to do it because of how high maintenance and how pricey the method was going to cost me.

I did my calculated roughly, for example, if I decided to go to N..... shop,

the procedure going to cost me :

1,400 HKD for the first time
880 HKD for the touch up

So it'll stay roughly around one month each time.. i'll need to pay over 2,000 HKD within 2 months for something pretty which will not going to stay with me forever.  So, if I do it 1 years, I can spend this amount for a really nice bag... well, bag really sound better. Don't you think so?

But things changed 3 days ago, when I saw a young lady at the gym's locker room. Her eyelash looked very magnificent, thick, curly, natural and very beautiful. I literary can't look away (now, I come to think about it, she definitely going to think that I'm a freaky old bat.. Grrrrr!!!). After finish ogled her, I was debated with myself whether should I asked her where she got the extension. At the end, I decided not to. For sake of my safety, why?, the risk asking would possibly coz me a bitch slap.

Anyway, while on the train to go home, I did mobile searching and found a cheaper option from www.sassyhongkong.com . --> http://sassyhongkong.com/eyelash-extensions-the-hk-insiders-place/

I really want to take this opportunity to thanks Danielle who written the blog "THANK YOU, Danielle. You really did something good here". And found a very interesting post about a hideout place for local Hong Kong to do the last and the price is soo cheap... How cheap? 660 HKD for 3 session cheap, THAT kind of cheap.

I waste no time and dial my booking right away. Turn out, Í was very impressive that the reception can speak English very well!!. And I got my booking yesterday at 11 am.

I had no problem finding the place as it was super easy access from the MTR station (will explain the way at the end). When I reach the place, I was so surprised just how many peoples were there. It was so cramped with (beauty kind of) beds (sorry, I really don't know, how it called) every corner and so close together. It was almost no space to walk, just like what was explained in the post. Yep, it's literary, no private here. Most of the customers were Chinese and I saw few westerner lying around did the extension as well.

No more hesitation, I took my leap of faith and decided to go along with this all the way.

After I confirmed my name and phone number, the beautician ushered me to a bed in the very end of the back room. She started with cleaning my eye's area then stick some tape on my right eye and did the extension after she asked what kind of extension, I preferred. There's no pain in the process but it gave me unease feeling for me too. The beauticians are quite loud and talkative to each other, which was fore-warned from the blog.

Well, after finish with both eyes, 1.15 hrs. had passed. I saw my eyelash and really love it. And decided to buy 3 sessions package which cost 750 HKD (instead of 660 HKD that the post mention). After that it took a day for me to get used to with the feeling of having this new lashes.. it's a bit heavy at first, anyway.

One thing for sure, I like to go to the mirror and checked my eyes.. stupid, I know .. ha ha ha but I really can't help myself though... I have no idea, how can I live without any extension from now on.

Last night, one lash was drop off and one this morning. Now, let see how long, they're going to stay with me. And I'll update later, ok?

My conclusion
The up side of this are ..
1. My eye looked rounder and the lashes are thicked and curled nicely which, in my opinion, made me look sweeter.
2. It will definitely save my time to curl, eyeliner and mascara plus cleaning process too!

The down side of this are..
1. I have to be very careful not to close my eyes too tight (like sneezing) because the action totally made me feel like something poked inside of my lower lash area.
2. I have to be very careful not to wash my face too harsh. Because I am afraid the lashes will fall off faster.

There're rules about the extension
1. don't rub your eyes
2. don't use any oil-based cleanser
3. don't use eyelash curler on the extension
4. don't try to take the extension off by yourself

Here's the place..
Hatoe Manicure Beauty Center , Tel: 31163333 (10 am - 10 pm)
Office D 1/F, 88 Commercial Bldg., No. 28-34 Wing Lok St., Sheung Wan

located at Seung Wan MTR Station Exit A2, After exit turn left, the building is next to the exit.

Le Jour, Le Nuit and Le Weekend de Chanel review

Hello everyone,

I had received a mail from Chanel a week ago with a voucher to pick up sample of their newest skincare products. I love Chanel's make up stuffs for many years now but to be frankly, since my last experienced with "Le Blanc" I was a bit reluctant to try any new skincare from them but I was curious , so, I did what I normally do, internet research.

Most of the reviews seem to be very positive about these new products, so, it might be a good time for me to put my faith in Chanel skincare again.

Le Jour, Le Nuit and Le Weekend De Chanel (5 ml. each)

So, today, I'm going to review the newest skincare product which I received from Chanel's counter 4 days ago. And I started the routine from then on (14/9/2013).

My skin condition: Acne prone, dry combination with uneven skin tone. At the day, I started, I had a couple of acne coming up because I dare tried using primer for the first time which I totally regret it.

Anyway, few questions popped in my head "why 3 products?", "why this brand have make it so complicate?".. well, from the brochure, I had got with the mail seem to lead to my understanding..

Le Jour De Chanel (reactivate) is ... for day time using

Le Jour in 5 ml tube

How : Apply to entire face and neck before usual moisturizer or serum.

They put in grasse jasmine extract (after the internet surfing, I still have no idea what it is) claimed to helps maintain skin's ability to become energized and adapt to the environment. Plus micro-dosed salicylic acid to help gently exfoliate the skin to make the skin appear smooth and luminous all day long.

Texture: Really light a bit runny but very easy to apply and dry fast with subtle smell which I found very refreshing for starting my day with.

My verdict: After washing my face, I normally apply my serum then wait for 3-5 minutes to apply my eye cream and Clinique DDML+ then wait for another 5 minutes to apply the sunscreen. Now I add Le Jour before serum. After apply I didn't have any itchy, burn or any discomfort with it so far. No visible effect on the first 2 days until today that I had a feeling that my make up stay on my face longer and my skin look fresh

Le Nuit De Chanel (recharge) is ... for night time using

Le Nuit in 5 ml tube

How: Apply to entire face and neck, just after moisturizer and serum.

The key ingredients are Frankincense extract, help calming the skin from the toll of the day. Hyaluronic acid to help restore the moisture. Help skin appears supple and plump upon awakening.

Texture: Light lotion texture which is easily spread on my face. The smell is so good...so calm (Chanel skincare's creative team really think it through).

My verdict: I use this one after my ANR II serum or weekly mask instead of Clinique DDML+, which I normally apply. I found Le Nuit is hydrate enough so far. Since the first day after woke up I saw the effect. My skin look healthy, plump and very well hydrate even I slept very few hours in some night. Gotta say "I LOVE IT".

Le Weekend De Chanel (renew) is ... once a week using (I personally choose the day that I didn't have any business outside the house). And can be used 2 days in a row to intensify its action.

Le Weekend in 5 ml. tube

How: Apply morning and evening to the entire face and neck. Avoid eye contour area. And the brochure state that "upon application, women with very sensitive skin may feel a slight stinging sensation. These sensation disappear after a few moments"

The Key ingredients rose water (love it!!), specific complex of high tolerance glycolic acid. They claimed, these stuffs will gradually released for idea exfoliation and lasting hydration. Instantly, skin is softer and more luminous for the week ahead. Wow!! Sound good, isn't it?

Texture: The thickest of all three. It's cream like texture but surprisingly very easy to spread, in my opinion. And the smell is so good!! I know, I said that already but I really can't help myself. It's really good.

My verdict: After apply this I didn't apply any other product on top of it at all. Le Weekend alone is hydrate enough and the stinging sensation really come as promise, especially, around my "coming up acne" area. But it was disappear within 10 minutes.

I really love this one. And If I have to choose only one from this set, I'll choose Le Weekend. Why? It really made my face feel so soft and smooth only after the first round (morning and evening).

The texture from left to right : Le Jour, Le Nuit, Le Weekend

Up to now (18/9/2013) : my face have no problem with these product. Those acnes decided to disappear, which is really surprise me. No discomfort or whatsoever. My skin tone is more even. And I decided, I'll buy the full size of this set.

The price in Hong Kong dollar now is...
Le Jour 680 HKD
Le Nuit 680 HKD
Le Weekend 850 HKD

Pretty pricey, in my opinion, but it is to be expected from Chanel product. I remember, I saw a review (which I didn't remember where, sorry!!) that compare the price with other serum like ANR II and Chanel seem to be cheaper. I think, the thing is, we need to buy all 3 bottles at one time is the reason why it seem to be super expensive. 2210 HKD to be exact!!!

Anyway, this is my really first review on anything on earth, hope you enjoy it and I'll try to make it better next time.

Have a nice day,
Bisous,
Babychoisum

P.S. I'll update the result again once I use it a month. Stay tune!!

- Lane Crawford. Nothing can call cheap here but their goodies can be value for money whenever they're on sale and you're lucky enough that it is still stock.

- Zalora Hong Kong can be value for money and they never fail me yet. I remember my first time that I order from them... I bought a pair of shoes which is  sooo dam cute. I was a bit worried at first for it might not look like what I saw on the website but turn out it even look better than the pics which is very cool for me.

- Groupon. It's a group buyer, indeed. I had got mix experience with them. Shopping here can be good if you're really really know how much the good that you want value, which mean it can be cheap to really cheap. Good, right

But never ever buy any restaurant deal from here.. it's totally failed me and way below my expectation every single time.

- Yes Style. They provide stylish clothes and shoes with good quality but it can be a bit too expensive without any discount and take longer time to reach my hand though.

Anyway as I put it in the subject... today I had got some interesting code form Zalora Hong Kong and here it is ....
